WELCOME!
I am excited and honored to welcome you on behalf of the Miami Richmond-Perrine Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc®. As the 11th Polemarch of this distinguished Chapter, I am fully committed and delighted to provide exceptional leadership to our members and the community we serve. As the South Miami Chapter we service the South Miami-Dade community, from Flagler down to Florida City. Hospitality is our way of life. Let us show you the spirit of Brotherhood and the charm of a Kappa Man!
Our ten founders believed the key to success was “Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor.” This chapter was incorporated and chartered on November 15th 1997. Our chapter , is about to celebrate our 27 year of personal, social, and community accomplishments. Members within our chapter have excelled in many aspects of life, such as Attorneys, Clergy, Doctors, Educators, Engineers, Entrepreneurs, Judges, Politicians, and Military Veterans. We will continue to unite, encourage, promote, and inspire men of exceptional character to foster an environment of achievement among youth and the college men in our community.
Through our Guide Right Program, our chapter has significantly impacted the young people in our community over the past 15 years. We take pride in the recognition we have received for our program's excellence, which has helped our members receive school acceptance and scholarships. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that our youth receive the best advice, mentoring, and support possible, and we are committed to continuing our dedication to these programs. We aim to create a legacy of young men prepared to take on leadership positions and secure a brighter future for all.

Kappa Alpha Psi® Fraternity, Inc.
Kappa Alpha Psi® Fraternity, Inc. (ΚΑΨ) is a collegiate Greek-letter fraternity, founded on January 5, 1911 at Indiana University Bloomington. The fraternity has over 150,000 members with 700 undergraduate and alumni chapters in every state of the United States, and international chapters in the United Kingdom, Germany, Korea, Japan, the Caribbean, Saint Thomas, Saint Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, Nigeria, Bermuda, Canada, Dubai, Dominican Republic and South Africa.
It is the beautiful realization of a vision shared commonly by the late Revered Founders Elder Watson Diggs; John Milton Lee; Byron Kenneth Armstrong; Guy Levis Grant; Ezra Dee Alexander; Henry Tourner Asher; Marcus Peter Blakemore; Paul Waymond Caine; Edward Giles Irvin and George Wesley Edmonds.
About the Chapter
RICHMOND-PERRINE ALUMNI CHAPTER
The RICHMOND-PERRINE ALUMNI CHAPTER was chartered on November 15, 1997. This historic event took place on the campus of Florida International University. Presided by Southern Province Polemarch and assisted by Randy Spann the newly elected Polemarch of the new chapter. Currently in our 27th year serving the South Miami-Dade community, the Richmond-Perrine Alumni chapter pride ourselves on community involvement. We partner with various community organizations throughout the year. Our membership thrives on impacting the community through achievement. As the chapter begins its season, we look to expand our community reach, develop strong corporate partnerships, and support the great citizenry of South Miami-Dade. Guide Right Kappa League
Kappa Alpha Psi's Guide Right Program encompasses many of our youth oriented programs such as mentoring, college preparatory programs, and tutoring. However, the Flagship Initiative of the Guide Right Service Program is the Called the Kappa Instructional Leadership League, it was designed to help young men grow, receive, and develop their leadership talents in every phase of human endeavor. It provides both challenging and rewarding experiences, which richly enhanced their lives.
